Our manufacturing plant is of a labor-intensive nature, when most projects are based on customized design. We have a flexible workforce over hundred labors in the PRC. Our monthly capacity over 800 thousand pieces.

Our factory adopts lean practice aimed to pursue manufacturing excellence, while complying with the local law requirements with attention to corporate social responsibility (CSR). Our lean philosophy lies in achieving low set-up costs and fast set-up times with small machines, dies & tools, having a visual factory through 5S and application of CAD with design for manufacturability in mind, etc. Drilling into every detail, we produce in-house packing cartons with A-A grade corrugated paper and metal parts such as hinges too, all aimed to produce the perfect quality delivered to you.
